S.T.R.E.S.S!!!

i believe many of us hate this word, STRESS!!
although i'm really held up by many assignments and exams are in less than 2 weeks time, i wanna steal some time off for blogging.
it's always nice to type out stuffs, even if they are just random stuffs, whenever i feel down or stressed up.
it's like telling somebody your thoughts and how u feel right now (telling the computer?).

honestly i think that studying is the best part of life.
esp when u r in uni.
go school, make new friends, if u want can just skip lectures or tutorials and hibernate at home.
this is so much better than if u start working.
u cannot su ga su ga don't go for work.
heavy responsibilities and also need to perform at your best.
BUT i really really hate being in the final year in uni.
it's mind and body torturing, esp when u r taking 8 subjects plus FYP.
i think i'm WONDERWOMAN!!!!! yeah!! siao.

how i wish i'm working now.
ya as i said, working is not easy but it's not only bcos of the dreadful sch life that i'm having now that makes me so feel like stepping into the working society.
it's bcos...it's the feeling that te responsibility to take care of my mum is falling on my shoulders soon..
each day i look at my mum and feel that she's getting old...
the more i hope i'm already working now and treating her to nice nice food at restaurants, helping her with the bills and bringing her shopping.
fyi, i'm the only child, and my mum has been the greatest mum in the world to me.
she's always been giving me the best, ALWAYS.
i hope i can make her happy everyday!!! :)

like to name a few,
1)when asked him a science qn, humans belong to animals, plants, fungi or micro-organism.
ans: fungi. WE ARE MUSHROOMS. probably inspired by super mario i guess.

2)he told me cows lay eggs.

3)he said toiletries include the sink.

Nevertheless, it's a joy teaching him. sometimes he made me wanna cry, sometimes he made me wanna laugh.
and his mum is really the nicest tuition kid's mum i have ever met.
tuition fees always on time.
always giving me nice food to eat during the lessons.
and she even bought me a pair of new shoes and a bag to thank me for teaching justin(i probably will not continue teaching next year).
i was really really touched.
i will definitely miss them. :)

sushi tei craze!!

after the day when i had sushi tei dinner with ros, roy, lianie, andy and caryn,
i could not stop thinking about the sashimi salad!
it's really really good...!
i never liked sashimi but after tasting the sashimi salad...
i totally fall in love with it!

so i asked qy to have some sashimi dinner with me last week!

the DELICIOUS sashimi salad!!!

the chocolate ice cream was fantastic too! *drools*

the 2 gals who are hooked on japanaese food!

me and qy are hooked on movies recently!
we will catch movies like almost every single week!
but the movie that we caught yest was the worst movie ever!!!!!!!
we watched "halloween"...
it's really horrible..
ok the whole movie is about a psychopath who goes round killing people.
and basically the whole movie is just like this!
nothing about love, friendship, humor, nothing!!
it's just killing and killing!
ok maybe just have some naked gals around.
but ya...of course we r not interested in that..
we so wanted to leave the cinema halfway.
and we didn't even get to see the killer's face in the end!
arghhhhh...there goes our $9.50.. :(
so peeps, unless u r just in the mood of seeing blood everywhere...please don't watch that movie!

btw i think i might have contacted some sleeping disease...
i just keep sleeping and sleeping!
i don't know what's wrong with me!

today i went for my mind over stress lect.
and i met huichin.
been long since i last talked to her!
she commented that i seldom update my blog.
so here's my update! hehe.
i really miss those primary sch days where me, qy, hc, jw and imy were the best of friends.
carefree days...all the little matchmaking here and there..
and i used to bicker so much with jw...haha..
now that we have all grown up...each of us busy with our own matters and responsilities.
sighz. i really wonder whether is it true when pple say that we will tend to have lesser and lesser friends when we grow older.
that's quite sad isn't it?
i hope it will not be true for me.
i still wanna come out for a cuppa with qy, qx, pegs, lianie, ros, sindy.....even after we had kids!
hahahaha.
then i will be named auntie sim.
and qy will be auntie hu.
hahahahhaha.

talking about kids!
i went malaysia last sat to visit my newborn little cousin shiqi!
hehe. she's less than a month old!
really really small and really adorable.
and i really really love babies.
hehehe.

my 22nd and rossie's big day!!

last weekend was a blast!
it was rossie and roy's wedding tea ceremony on sat.
me, pegs and lianie were part of the sister gang!
it was fun and it was my and pegs' first time being "jie mei"!
haha. fun because we get to ask roy and his gang of brothers to carry out our orders!

rossie looks exceptionally beautiful that day.
she looks like snow white! bai xue gong zhu! :D

roy! u r a lucky guy!
rossie is so beautiful and has a great personality.
u better treat her well forever! hehe. (though i know u will :P)
and rossie is very sexy too! haha.

even the gals can't help but wanna have their share of touching rossie b4 she gets married to roy. haha.

all the jie meis are very pretty that day! i love all their dresses! i looked so out of the place! everyone's dressed in white and i'm the only one in blue, yellow and white stripes! i'm sorry rossie cos its too last minute and i can't find a suitable white dress. :(

halfway through linda came! she came to give me my bdae present from her and lixin!
they bought me the dkny be delicious perfume that i have been longing to have for me!
qy paid part of it too though she has already bought me a top from f21.
and pegs and lianie bought me a lipstick and pouch.
i was really really touched.
i was too happy for rossie that i actually almost forgot it was my bdae that day.
and i also thought that this year my bdae will just be like any normal day since ddd's not ard to celebrate for me.

i couldn't control myself and i cried...

finally can get some time off!

my recess week's coming.
though i still need to go back sch on some of the days.
i'm still relieved that i can finally catch some breath.
but on the other hand, ddd is leaving tmr morning.
really really really upset abt it. :(
but i know this is a good opportunity for him and i hope that it will be a good experience for him!
but i guess it's time for me to stay focus and do my best for my final year!
i know that he will hope so for me too!
he shall be my motivation to work hard! hehe.

anyway, i bought this necklace from a lj seller recently!
it's really really cute, isn't it?

i love the pretty acrylic with the "tea for you?"
it's so unique, and oh its been a long while since i last bought a necklace.
i remember that i used to have this crazy obsession with accessories that i would buy them every now and then when i'm out.

and some photos back then during an interesting gathering with the girlies.
we had fun that day. pegs dear u did great that day! we r really proud of u. hehe.

went clubbing after that. it was quite a boring night though. lotsa hmm...young boys? haha.

busy busy like a bee

so sorry for the lack of updates lately...
have been so busy with all the assignments and stuffs.
i'm taking a module called human resource management now.
its really time consuming! all of us hate it!
but we have to take it... :(
we need to look for a company, interview the manager, carry out surveys with the customers, think of a new strategy for the company and do presentation slides.
so many things in very limited period of time.
and we do all these when we are taking an engineering degree!
i understand that they want us to learn some other skills and knowledge in other areas but y take up so much of our time?!
we r final year students...still got fyp to do!

alright...shall stop complaining..
as what my friend always said...bear with it for the next couple of months and it will soon be all over soon! hehe..

have been spending lesser time with my gal friends.
i miss them so much!!
and qiuxin! so sorry that i haven't met u after u came back from china.
i will make time for u soon ok! promise!

and and and...met up with lianie, sindy and fanny for dinner some time back!

i'm fine now...thank u all!

i'm not a taiwan "ou xiang ju" fan but recently i'm so hooked up to "Smiling Pasta" starring cyndi wang and zhang dong liang.
i used to really dislike cyndi and neither do i like zhang dong liang.
but after watching this show, i kinda like both of them now!

the show really makes me happy whenever i watch it.
though its quite a stupid show, but its the stupid things that the cast in the show do that makes me laugh and makes me happy.
and i really love the theme song!
whenever i feel down, i will think of the song!
pay attention to the lyrics! i think its really meaningful. :)

and i met qy earlier for ice cream and waffle after my sch.
she told me that she feels my life is getting better lately.
i was wondering y. and she told me i have him in my life now and she can also see that i'm actually working harder this sem.
actually studying, though sometimes the thought of it is kinda dreadful, but whenever after i study, i will feel happy and proud of myself that at least i tried.
yeah i must not disappoint myself and my mum again! :D

and he's leaving soon.
counting down the days.
still left with a mth and 9 days.
i don't know what will happen in the 2 years to come.
but at least like what he said,
do not think of what will happen in the future, at least we are happy now. :)

i so miss my darling! and last day of work today. :)

i haven't met my darling for so long and haven't had a real good chat with her these days.
finally i'm meeting her later! so looking forward to the meetup!
we used to talk like every other day and meet like 3 times a week.
go for supper, ice cream, cakes and small random chats. sweet and happy.
but we r both so busy these days!
my darling is none other than miss hu qiuyun aka fei chang yin and anfei! hahaha.
known her since we were both young and innocent 11 yrs olds.
and the friendship is still going strong!

i really hate myself sometimes.
i hate looking at my own legs.
those scars caused by eczema.
i know i should feel fortunate that god has given me more than many others and the fact that many of my friends consoled me abt my legs.
but i really can't help but feel so disgusted at times.

clubbing craze! and great outing with my galfriends!

my god...i'm really not a clubbing person but i went clubbing for 2 consecutive days over the weekend!
i don't know what's gotten into me.
prob when all my friends' clubbing madness is descending...mine has just started!
think it can be quite fun when i just feel like letting my hair loose and shake some fats off. haha.

it was a great friday night clubbing with lianie, jocelyn and sindy dear!
it was my first time meeting jocelyn and she's such a friendly and cheery gal!
very easy-going and was really great meeting her.
looking forward to more outings together ya!

lianie dear did a show that day and met us after that with her hairdo for the show.
she kept complaining that she looked like a little gal!
but i thought she looked perfectly fine and nice!
and i really LOVE her company. always fun with her around.
frog leg porridge after clubbing was superb.
met lianie's andy and 4 of us had porridge tog.
simple fun together.

and saturday!
was shopping again with my qiuyun darling!
this time was better! started our shopping spree at ard 7pm.
and i bought really cheap and comfy black skinnies, zara top and bikini!
i wanna go tanning. i think i will look more healthy with a tan. hehe.

went clubbing again at night but this time was with chengyu, shenloong and qiuyun darling!

we left at ard 5am and went mac after that.
me and qy was like half-dead after that.
can't wait to just concuss in the car.
esp qy...poor gal..she wore her new heels and danced for 2 hrs.
she kept complaining that her feet are really painful. aww...

my fruitful weekend!

i took leave last friday and did many many things that day!
i'm so proud of myself!
i never like to waste time (though i always waste my sundays sleeping at home).
in the morning i went back to sch to meet my fyp prof,
then came back in the afternoon and bought lunch for my mum and myself,
then went to do mani and pedi,
then dyed my hair at kimage PS by cecelia! lianie dear's hairstylist!
i love her service!

then met weifu at night for dinner and movie.
we watched transformers but i really really love that show!

i'm back everyone!

i miss japan. :(
i miss the beautiful scenery, the weather, the pple in my tour grp, the shopping etc but the only thing i don't miss is the tour schedule.
everyday had to wake up damn early and will be out the whole day.
by the time reached hotel damn tired.
and i think i cannot be too stressed or busy, i will easily have rashes coming out.
i hate that.
but i still so so misssss JAPAN.....
I LOVE JAPAN!!!!!

my trip was overall a great one.
i like the pple in my tour grp.
all nice and friendly.
there's this little girl who's abt 3 yrs old who's very smart and intelligent! and really pretty too!

she asked me: "what's your name?"
then i told her vivian.
then everytime she sees me...she will go "hello vivian!" in a extremely cute tone.
i miss her so much!
she will definitely grow up to be a pretty young lady!

JAPAN HERE I COME!!

hey peeps...i'm flying off to japan in like 7-8 hours time.
feeling so excited!!!
hehe..looking forward to spending more time with my mum and family.
and visiting universal studios and sanrio puroland!!
but saw from the news that there's some virus gg on in tokyo...
hopefully all will be fine for us.

i bought this watch over the weekend!

its really nice...isn't it?
it has like worldtimes for abt 20 countries.
for only $55.90! so worth it i think!

damn...have been waiting to blog but blogger just keep failing on me.

let me share a good news with u guys!
I'm being allocated with the fyp project that I want!
This week is the sourcing week whereby we have to email profs on our own and hopefully they will select us to take up the proj that we r interested in.
abt 2000 pple fighting for the projects that they want.
now u know y i'm happy?? hehehe..
and the prof was very efficient...
I went to meet him at ard 4pm and he called me at ard 6pm to confirm me!
hehehehehe.....so so so HAPPY!!
hopefully its the beginning of a good and enjoyable experience for my fyp. and most imptly i hope i can obtain a good grade for my fyp.

i really hope to do my best and do well for my final year.
a friend gave me a lot of words of encouragement and i'm really grateful to him.
i keep reminding myself of what he told me.
to give myself the strength and motivation to work hard.
hehe thanks a lot pal.

there's currently a lot of things in my head now.
my attachment logbook and report, my japan trip, my plan to start studying for next sem, my fyp, and the fact that i can foresee myself being very very busy in june and july bcos one of the engineers in my team is resigning and our team's phone will be out in the market in august. that means lots and lots of testing to be done.
headache ahhhhhhhh...
and matters of the heart...think shall leave it aside first..

i hope i hope i HOPE, i pray i pray i PRAY that everything will go on smooth and well for me. :)))))

Peggy dear's msu day!

Me, rossie and lianie went to support peggy dear on the msu grand finals last sun at mediacorp.

I must say peggy dear, u really put up your best! and i'm really really proud of u!

I really feel so happy for u, i can see that u have gained so much through this once-in-a-lifetime experience and u seem to have grown up so much!

u exude so much feminine charisma now.

i can't take my eyes off u that night u know!

anyway, we didn't manage to talk to peggy dear that day.

we reckoned that she must be very busy entertaining the reporters after the show.

so we made our way for some roti prata supper at thomson!

roy joined us for supper.

and it was great talking to him.

the 4 of us chatted quite a bit and i feel really nice catching up with the gals.

arghhhhhh...but nvm, i believe more in working out.

i'm so proud of myself!

i went to gym twice this week.

and i must say that working out makes me feel so good!!!!!

extremely good.

not only bcos of losing weight, but i always think that it takes more than just your physical ability but also your determination to complete a let's say 20 mins run on the treadmill.

i mean maybe u feel really tired after a 15 mins run, but i believe that if u push yourself harder and tell yourself that u can do it, u really can do it and make it a 20 mins run instead.

and yes, i ran on the treadmill for 20 mins, did some arm exercise for 20 mins and 5 mins cycling.

i was amazed by myself. hehe.

i wanna go on a regular exercise routine.

i feel so much happier lately.

prob cos i learnt to take things easy.

if things are meant to happen, we can't stop it.

so we can only face it bravely.

and if things are meant to be yours, they will be.

if not, there's no point dwelling on y it just can't be yours.

and i think we should really take time to look at the things around u.

pay more attention to people around u instead of yourself.

these are just some random thoughts which i have been thinking about recently.

and it made me a happier person.

i hope i can continue this way.

and of course friends around me never fails to make my day.

time seems to pass so quickly.

it's gonna be may in less than 72 hours' time.

and i'm soooooo looking forward to my japan trip!

yeah!! 26th may faster come!!

hahaha.

i'm back!!

hey all, really sorry for the lack of updates.

been really busy and many things had happened.

i think it's been abt a month since my last update?

all i can say is the past month was not a very good one for me.

wonder if u guys have heard of eczema.

yes if u did, i'm having that on both of my legs.

if u haven't heard of that, maybe u would like to check out what it is if u r free or if u r interested.

its some kind of skin problem.

actually been having it for abt 3 mths.

but it got worse recently.

both my legs got kinda swollen rashes with blisters.

really really really bad.

it was really depressing looking at my legs every single day.

sighz.

so i went to another doc.

btw i went to one specialist near my house for the first few mths. but it only got worse. that's y i changed a doc.

and the doc said that the cream that the first doc gave me was too strong, leading to fungi/bacteria developing on my legs.

and the doc gave me some oral med and cream to apply on my legs.

and to make things worse, i'm allergic to the anotibodies that the doc gave me.

SO both of my hands and my ankles got swollen and i really had a hard time brushing my teeth, washing my face, eating and blah blah blah.

i swear my hands looked like they belonged to some pig. haha.

but luckily everything is getting better now.

my hands no longer swollen (that's y can update blog). hehe.

but still a bit itchy though.

but the eczema part on my legs still haven't fully recover.

so no skirts and shorts for me for now.

SAD.

especially when i really like to wear skirts.

:(((((((((

but nvm, i'm just so glad that my hands are no longer swollen.

anyway ok enough of all that,

i met up with shiya 2 weeks ago!

she just came back from japan not long ago.

and she bought me a shiseido shampoo and MM's lip gloss!

really sweet of her! hehe.

and she bought this burberry blue label bag from japan!

i love it!! i saw one of my ex-customers carrying this bag too.

and i loved it then already.

i love family gatherings!

weeeeeeee......had a great sunday over at johor with my relatives again.

this time more of us got together for reunion dinner.

went to some high-class restaurant i think and ordered lotsa lotsa food.

so damn full after eating.

but the food wasn't really fantastic.

i think my mum can whip up nicer dishes.

hehe.

it's time i pick up some cooking skills from my mum.

i think cooking pasta alone is not enough to make me a good mum in future.

hahaha.

i think still got a damnnnn lonnngggggggg way to go.

my uncles, aunties all were saying that hope i will find my man soon.

not so soon i guess.

haha alright back to the dinner.

was good to see my grandma, and other relatives.

some of my little cousins all grew up so fast in a flash.

all grew so much taller.

i was helping one of my aunt to take photo of her and her whole family.

with my uncle and their 4 children.

i don't know but i really feel so happy for them.

i'm happy for the kids.

they r really really fortunate to have such good parents.

giving them all the best they could.

i hope the kids will treasure the good times.

anyway we went to kbox in johor.

they called it red box in johor.

much better than sg's one!

our room has our own toilet!

and the kids enjoyed themselves so much playing ps there.

and we could sing until 12am.

went for a $38 mani + pedi package with linda.

qy, mei and lixin only did express mani.

the service there is good.

and the $38 price is not promotional price!

anyway we had dinner at new york new york at amk hub.

all of us think the pasta there is nice.

happy chinese new year to all!
hope it has been a great one for all of u.

mine was great.

went to malaysia to visit my grandma and other relatives, and went genting with some of them.

genting was kinda boring, but i went for a full body massage and spa at a hotel with my aunt.

and i think it kinda made the long journey worthwhile.

it was super duper tuper shiok! haha.

my first experience of body massage, and it made me yearning for more!

the young lady who did the massage for me is only 18 yrs old!

and she's very petite, yet i think she has more physical strength than me. haha.

went to my uncle's house on cny eve. his house is freaking huge!

when the clock striked 12, i can hear fire crackers and even saw fireworks right in front of me!

and there's this new store called river island just opened at vivo too.

the style is also like topshop, forever21 kind. but a bit higher-end.

i'm not happy

i don't know what happened to me.
i just can't seem to be happy.
i don't feel loved anymore.
i thought i have been a good daughter.
or at least working hard towards being one.
or probably not hard enough?
my mum seems to be unhappy with me all the time.
even the slightest thing can make her vent her anger at me.
i have had enough.
in the end it turns out that i'm the one who's venting anger.
i know. i shouldn't be complaining.
my mum is a fabulous mum.
if not for her, i won't be having all that i'm having now.
she's always there when i'm not well.
worry abt every single thing for me.
but i just suddenly feel it's no longer like this.
probably its that stupid menopause again.
i detest it!

beginning of 22 weeks of IA!

this is the second week of my 22-weeks-long IA...

it has been really tiring, waking up early in the morning everyday and doing OT everyday.

there were simply too many things to do, but mostly mechanical work.

no more manicures for me. :(

but motorola is quite a good working environment.

the people, the place, the work, and hmm...free phones in future..hiaks...

esp the people i can say.

i have met quite a lot of nice pple. hehe.

but my sup is starting to scare me.

one of the engineers was asking my sup if we could claim the cab fare if we were to take cab home afte 9pm.

then i was so damn shocked! i said what?! 9pm?!

then my sup actually told me that there might be times where we need to work till 1am!!!!!!!!

a new me for the new year!

2007 has been great for me.

it makes me feel all refreshed and ready to start all anew.

hehe.

i hope to be a new me for this new year.

a more hardworking me. a happier me. and of course a prettier me. hehehe.

my new year was well spent with qy and meimei.

they came over to my house in the evening and we were supposed to watch death note 1 online before we catch death note 2 at night.

but too bad we only managed to catch the first 20 mins or so of the movie cos there were some problems with youtube.

but anyway after that we headed down to nydc at suntec for some nice yummy dinner.

dinner was great and the dessert was wooooo!!! yummilicious!!

qy promised to visit nydc with me again soon. haha.

hey peeps! 2007 is coming! i'm feeling kinda excited abt it.
i don't know. but i sort of feel that 2006 has not been a great year for me.
not exactly bcos sth bad had happened.
but i just feel that things could have been better.
so! i really hope that 2007 will be a better year for me and everyone of u out there!

i didn't really have a smashing xmas celebration this year.
i was hoping to give and receive some surprises but in the end not at all.
just met up with a couple of friends, cy, colleen and qx!
we had our dinner at aerin's at raffles city, followed by a movie session at marina square.
we watched night at the museum.
i tell u, its a damn ultimate funny show!
i thought it was an awesome show!
great for those who just wanna have a good laugh!

and i went clubbing with the gals, pegs, sindy, chewlian, liling, dior and eunice!
not a very fun day cos there were too many pple there!
and i got a little bit tipsy that day.
and the funny thing was instead of feeling dizzy or vomitting, i felt really sleepy. really crap. haha.
nvm i'm looking forward to greater fun with the gals in future when we go clubbing again!

3 days break was good!

the 3 days break from my consecutive 11 days of work was great...really great!
finally can chill out with friends, shopping, ktv, gals-talk...
relaxing and good.

shopping was crazy.
spending money like nobody's business.

here r like only 30% of my buys i guess...
but i totally ADORE the bracelet (3rd pic in collage)..
its damn pretty isn't it?
i love the top and the dress too.
the belt came with the top.
its worth the price i think.

and and and...
bought a book which happens like once every 10 yrs of my life? hahahaha...
that's how bad it is when it comes to reading for me...
i think i'm those kind that seeks some entertainment value in the books i read...if not i think it will take also a decade for me to finish the book..
diary of a manhattan call girl, a damn hilarious book...contains some sexual content but funny..
the magazine's nice too, better than those jap mags, at least i utd those chinese characters and its cheaper too...

it's a lot of qiuxin these days.

i haven been hanging out with her very often this week.

accessories freak!

yes the exams r finally over!!
felt so much more relaxed after the last paper...
and i will not be touching any notes for the next half a year!!
cos i will be gg for my attachment till june!!
yeah so excited abt working in motorola...esp working on the project that i'm interested in..
test the camera and music quality of mobile phones!
and i'm so glad to know that linda's got into the same company as me!!
as least i will have company at work, or for lunch, or during travelling...hehe..

for the necklaces, i only ordered the polka dot heart and the smallest heart locket necklace...

and today i bought accessories from topshop!!
they were having 20% discount today and yesterday.
so greedy me spent money buying accessories again.

i love the pendant with the words "fashion junkie" on it.

but i thought its kinda waste of money.

poor me...............

i fell sick at the wrong time.
just the night before my first core paper, i had diahorrea and the next morning i vomited.
how lucky i am.
i went to the doctor, she said it was stomach flu.
in the end, i got to take mc and couldn't go for my first paper.
how sad. it's my first time and hopefully the last in my life missing an exam.
but actually in a way it's better for me to miss the paper also, bcos i wasn't really prepared for the paper, so i might end up doing badly if i were to take the paper.

anyway i went for my second paper today.
i didn't study much yesterday also cos i was feeling so drowsy the whole day after taking the med.
but i thought i shd still give it a try.
the paper was at 9am.
i woke up at ard 5 plus to study.
and i went in 1 hr late, YES 1 hr late.
bcos i was thinking i go in late better than i reach on time but i don't know a single thing right.
but sometimes i'm really amazed by myself.
can just happily walked in 1 hr late.
i don't know whether i made the right decision of taking the paper.
as expected, i had not enough time to finish the paper and i can't really do the paper.
maybe i shd have just used my mc for this paper also.
SIGH.
what rotten luck i had.

BUT there's a good news to share!
i got chosen by motorola for my IA!!
hehe yup yup, so happy...i didn't expect myself to get chosen cos i thought the interview didn't go on very well..but hehehe........thank god!

hese gals are totally fun pple to be with!
at first i was kinda guilty gg out on a sun night instead of staying at home to study.
but afterall it was a great deal of fun!

sindy and emily are really very comfortable to be with.

chewlian is one crazy gal!

tired tired!

i'm getting tired working, giving tuition and gg to school.
i hardly have the time to study.
i know, ok i should spend less time online but i'm really tired when i reach home after work or after tuition. really no mood to study at all.
but my exams r in less than a mth's time!
my god...i think i really have to start studying.
if not i really can see myself struggling when exams are nearing.

we met on wed and we went to nokia care centre to have our phone fixed! (we r using the same model fyi)
our sms is really damn slow.
it's really a drag to send smses sometimes.
our phone can take like 2-3 mins to send an sms.
and we actually tried using our house phones to call ourselves, the call can't reach us if we r sending sms!
so we went to nokia and the person suggested that we install this thing called the sms accelerator for free!
and its really effective!
now sending smses is no longer a hassle!
so peeps...if u guys r having smsing problems with your nokia phone also..
can go check out this service ya...

we wanted to study tog after that.
but.......as expected la..
we can't really concentrate so in the end we went ktv again!
ok i know, we really lack the discipline!
next time we MUST really study ok gal? hehe.

then we bought ourselves the same pair of wedges!
mine's black and qy's white though.

so in the end each of us had a drink and cake to ourselves, and we shared chicken wings and chicken nuggets!! damn. there goes my weight loss plan.
but nonetheless, it was really nice eating and chatting with my dear colleague here who taught me many makeup tips and some product knowledge.

I LOVE THE STUFFS THAT U MADE! (though i think she will not be reading this...haha)

and and and...my lovely neighbours!!
they gave me a heart necklace from mu-ee and a elise biscuit box.
i didn't know that there's a hp pouch n a watch inside the biscuit box until today!!!!!
i was still planning to eat the biscuits when i'm studying! lol.

i don't know...sometimes i think that i'm very emotional..esp when it comes to late at night...i will start to think of many many things..and right now i just suddenly feel so loved by so many pple ard me...i think that i'm really blessed..thanks so much for everything my pri sch friends, my jc pals, my uni friends, my sweet darlings like qiuyun, eve, yvonne, pegs, rosaline, qiuxin, so so so many of them! the things that u all did, from thinking the bestest gift for me to the words that u all have said to me...i really really appreciate everything! i seriously hope that our friendship will never die! lol. *drops a tear of happiness* aight i'm getting emotional again. haha. *loves*

first of all, i wanna thank everyone who came to my party!
thanks for making the effort to come and i really had a great time yesterday!

i wanna thank u all for the bdae well wishes too!
i really hope that u all could make it but i understand that u all really couldn't attend my party..hope to catch up with u gals soon!! :)

haha i was planning of what to wear on my 21st bdae since long time ago...
i ended up deciding between a dress or a jumper..
in the end i didn't wear both!
i wore a red tube instead!
hahahaha.
and i went to do my nails and makeup.
i love my newly painted nails!
but i find that my eye makeup is a tad too heavy though.
though some of my gal friends commented that they like it.
but anyway, i was really touched when everyone sang me my bdae song!
once again, THANKS FOR EVERYTHING PEEPS!!

i wanna thank my mum and uncle, and jean, the lady boss of the cafe too!
they really helped me a lot in entertaining my friends, bring food and drinks to them.
i really appreciate everything that they did.

fruitful holiday so far!!

it had been a fruitful week for me so far.
went out to celebrate cy's bdae on sun after work.
cy was damn on.
kh bought a bdae cake which cost him $18.90 i think...
we stuffed a cherry inside the cake and put lots of whip cream on top..
and cy was supposed to use his mouth to get the cherry out...no hands allowed..
and he did! in the end he just smashed his whole head himself into the cake.
damn friggling funny but kinda disgusting cos in the end the cake has the shape of cy's face...the nose print all that..haha...

we went to ladyrinth after that.
quite a nice place to chill out.
the ktv sound system there is damn good!
hehe...next time let's go tog again!

then i spent my mon with my qx darling!!!
she's such a darling.
she bought me a necklace on the spot as my bdae present cos i love the necklace so much at first sight! hehehe.

we went kimage school at funan to dye our hair!!
the result turned out not too bad.
at first we were quite worried.
cos the students really seem like they first time handling other pple's hair.

but i'm glad that they r very cautious in handling our hair.
so both our hair turned out to be quite nice! :P

another gals-talk session with eve!

yes yes!
i totally enjoy my mini gals-talk session with eve as usual.
we went town after sch for some shopping.
i bought a really sweet top!

very very pretty hor??? haha at least it is to me lah...
i bought a dress for my bdae party which is on next fri!
i think the dress is not bad...not too formal so i can still wear it next time when i go out.
shall not post the pic of the dress here.
must have some surprise of what i will wear that day! hehe.

after shopping, me and eve were busy thinking of where to go to sit down for a drink and chatting session.
we thought of gg mc cafe outside isetan scotts.
but there were no seats. :(
but i ran into esther!
haha she seemed a bit shy but she's one pretty gal! hehe.
after much thinking, we finally settled down at spinelli at heeren!
the cake was heavenly but a tad too sweet though.
the drinks were not that fantastic.
i had the imf drink, the mango ice blended or sth and eve had banana smoothie.
guess their coffees r still nicer.

overall it was a good day for me today!
and today is the start of my recess week!
one week break for me!
time for me to catch up with my sch work.
i hope i will make full use of my recess week!

i met up with peggy and rossie dear last thurs for some catching up!
i really love these darlings cos they have always been such great company!
we did some shopping and all 3 of us bought the same pair of red shoes!
haha...the shop assistant thought we were funny i think..

and rossie bought sweets for us!! she's such a sweet darling!
mine is in my fav kuromi's casing while peggy dear's one is in charmmy kitty's casing!
both r sooooo CUTE!!

and we went to indochine for some chilling out!
i really enjoyed the music, the ambience and the company that i have got!!

we went to the hong kong cafe at marina square!
the food there was nice!
i ate sweet and sour chicken with spaghetti and had soya bean milk!

I'm a lucky gal!

honestly i'm really grateful for everything that my mum has given me and has done for me.
she's really a very good mother.
she will take care of even the smallest details which me myself never noticed.
like sewing my bag/dropped buttons for me, putting my water bottle and keys in my bag everyday before i go to sch or work, putting money into my wallet secretly......
she does really sweet things all the time...
i really want to tell her that i seriously appreciate all these even though sometimes i appear to find her naggy...haha..

and my mum bought me bdae presents already!

Time for some update!

its been a while since i last updated.
i don't know y.
sometimes just too lazy to blog or perhaps just don't wanna spend time on it.
but i think one week blog once or twice is fine!
here's an update of how i spent my weekend!

fri

i met up with eve, qy, qx and two of qx's friends, aaron and kenneth.
we went for dinner at my fav sketches!
it never fails to satisfy my craving for some good pasta!

look at how satisfied they were with their pasta!!
the design pasta there is real good.

it was great hanging out with these pple!
they really made my day!

i went to balcony for a mini chill-out session with yvonne, weilin and michelle!
qy joined us too. hehe.
great, i have been meeting qy real often recently.
haha think i will be so unused to not seeing her for a day.
btw the outing was to celebrate yvonne's bdae in advance!
i had so so so much fun with the gals that day!!
they are such a fun-loving bunch.
i thought maybe after a drink we will head home but NO!
we went to sing k after that at serangoon!
and we had some supper after that too.
hehe. satisfying.
i haven't had such fun for a long long time during the weekends ever since i started working.
(i have to work on most of the weekends.)

tired tired!

been really tired and lazy these few days.
too lazy to update my blog.

i met up with qy last thurs for k lunch!
i love singing with her!!

then i met up with my sec sch best pal tjie minn!
its been a long long long time since i last went out with her.
she went overseas to study after our 'o' levels.
after she graduated, she has been helping her parents with their family business!
always gg on hectic trips to china and come back to sg only for a few days each time.
i never had a chance to meet up with her!

IT WAS GREAT MEETING UP WITH HER AGAIN!
and her sister was such a great company too!

wonderful shopping day!

i had a wonderful day on friday shopping with pegs and rossie darlings!!
we had a short studying session before shopping.
ros is having her exam on this coming monday.

we went shopping after that!

we r really shopping queens!
esp peggy dear! she have been spending really a lot recently!
must control a bit ah dear!
u r catching up with me and ros in terms of rate of spending! hahahahaha...
we r not good examples to learn from. :P
all the three of us spent $100+++!!
but we r all happy at the end of the day!

all three of us bought stila illuminating treatment powder!
it's just too amazing to be true!
it's actually a finishing powder to hydrate your skin, make u look more radiant and to make your makeup last longer!
it is made up of 69% water!!!
it feels "wet" when being applied on the face!
its quite rare that sth caught the eyes of the three of us!
that means its really good!
trust us! go buy one!

besides the treatment powder, i also bought stila lip glaze in melon ice and a cute bangle!!!
i absolutely love the bangle!!!! its so CUTE!!
hehe...

and yeah my com has recovered!!!!!

tiring sch hrs and my sickening com!

ahhh its so unlike me now.
everyday sleeping before 2am.
ok i know, 2am is already like so late.
but it was just unlike me to go to bed earlier than 2am.
i got no choice.
i feel so tired everyday!
morning lectures, afternoon lab or tutorials.
tues and thurs have to give tuition at night.
weekends have to work.
ahhh i'm gg crazy!!!
but i'm beginning to get the momentum of getting up early in the morning and sleeping earlier at night.
i kinda think my life is a bit sucky now.
but i kinda like it also.
at least i feel healthier like this. haha.
(i always think i'm so unhealthy when i used to wake up at 2-3pm and sleep at 3-4am)
busy with what i'm supposed to be busy with.
busy with what makes me happy.

and my com is getting on my nerves!
i think there's some virus.
i kept losing my internet connection. :(

btw here r two tops that i ordered from an online spree!

i went for a training for the new autumn colours on thurs.
the training was a fruitful one!
i got to test our new colours and learn makeup tips from our brand manager!
our new liquid eye colours and lip glosses r very very nice!!

it was a pleasant shopping trip.
it has been a long while since i last shopped with my gfs the whole day!
cos i always meet them late and i always got to leave early to give tuition.
but today no tuition for me!
so yeah! shopping the whole day is just GREAT!
i reached town at ard 1 plus and i left at ard 7 plus.
my parking fee was $9++!!! sort of expected but i still almost fainted when i saw the price.
heart pain heart pain.
only got myself to blame for being lazy. :(

i bought a top and lip gloss today!
the lip gloss is very nice! yeah!! hehe.
and pegs bought lotsa stuffs!
she got lotsa vouchers for her bdae.

i'm so tired. :(
i hate working at the bugis counter.
so dark and stuffy.
and we have to wait for all the customers to leave seiyu before we can leave.
so there will be a super SUPER long queue waiting to get our bags and to punch out.
so damn irritating.

i developed the habit of shopping during my break times recently. :P
that's really bad.
but that's the only way to make myself feel happier.
i bought a top on fri, a blusher on sat and kuromi stickers for my hp.
i got so excited when i saw it. haha.

i need a new wardrobe!

my wardrobe is sooooo full!
the rate at which i'm buying clothes is too fast for my wardrobe to accomodate all my clothes!
i went on a shopping spree with dear on fri!
soooooo happy and satisfying!!
cos i have not been shopping for a long time with him.
he always reach my house very late.
but i specially told him to reach earlier this time cos i wanna shop the whole day!
yeah and i bought a green dress specially for pegs dear's bdae party!
her party's theme is green!

ktv session with ericia and zhen!

its been quite some time since i last spent part of my weekend with my gfs.
i met up with ericia and zhen on sat.
first time meeting zhen and i find her so friendly and easy-going!
i realise that there r really many nice pple ard!
or am i just lucky to meet all the nice gals? hehehe.

we went for k lunch again!
nice music, great singing, yummy food and great company! :D

i met dear in the afternoon for a short lunch then dear had to go for work at 2 plus. :(
so sad. only met him for a while.
i ate mee rebus!
i always love malay food!
throughout my sec sch and jc days,
if not for the malay food,
i bet i would have a hard time during my recess breaks thinking of what to eat!
i soooooo MISS the malay food in my schools. :(

then i went to meet qx for a short pedicure session!
but before that,
i went to buy our new ettusais nail polishes!
i bought 3 bottles!
